Michael Boward, President of Good News Hagerstown Inc., has made significant contributions to the community through his dedicated service and leadership. Over the past four years, he has been an active participant in the prison ministry at Hub City Vineyard, focusing on Financial Literacy to help reintegrate individuals back into society.

In 2024, Michael, alongside his wife Shawn, undertook a major initiative to enhance the aesthetic and environmental appeal of the Hub City Vineyard campus. They successfully orchestrated the planting and maintenance of over 299 plants, shrubs, and numerous flowers, dramatically transforming the space.

Additionally, Michael is passionately involved in his shoe ministry, which hosts 'Jordan Drops' in local low-income neighborhoods. Through this initiative, he has been able to distribute Nike Air Jordan Sneakers to children at no cost, aiming to boost their self-esteem and provide joy through high-quality footwear.
