Supporting Families in Hagerstown
Good News Hagerstown is dedicated to supporting local families facing hardship through a variety of hands-on initiatives. From providing after-school snacks to ensuring children have access to clothing and shoes, we work to reduce food insecurity and promote dignity among low-income families.
Through partnerships with local organizations—including regular food recovery from Wawa, Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, and Sanders Cookie Jar—we are able to consistently provide fresh food and baked goods to families in need. We also work alongside local agencies to ensure families receive comprehensive support, including emergency clothing and essential baby items.
If you or someone you know could benefit from support, we welcome referrals and encourage families to fill out a simple application to get connected with our services.
By addressing immediate needs and building a stronger sense of community, we strive to create an environment where families can thrive. Your support makes a real difference—together, we can ensure no child goes to bed hungry.
